Maxx Crosby has established himself as one of the best defensive ends in the NFL. Playing for the Las Vegas Raiders, he has slowly built himself as a top defensive player ever since being drafted in 2019.
However, his franchise has not been doing well on the field. They finished last in the AFC West with a disappointing 3-14 record in the regular season. There is now considerable interest from many teams for him, and he has posted something on his social media.
Maxx Crosby posts inspirational message
Crosby has been good in the 2025 NFL season, even though his team did not perform well. In the 15 games he has appeared in, he recorded 73 combined tackles, 45 of which were solo tackles, and 28 were assisted tackles. He also posted 10 sacks, 28 tackles for loss, 6 passes defended, 2 forced fumbles, and even had 1 interception for 19 yards. All of this earned him his fifth Pro Bowl appearance.

The defensive end is known for his non-stop running on the field and his durability. His leadership on the defensive line has made him a top target for any franchise. Being 6-foot-5 and 255 pounds, he is a towering figure for opponents. A knee injury had sidelined him at the end of the season, and he is expected to return for the start of the 2026 season.
Crosby tweeted a motivating message on March 2, 2026. It read, “There’s Only One YOU That Will Ever Exist… Why Tf Would You Waste Any Time Trying To Be Anything Else But The Best Version Of YOURSELF…. You’re 1 of 1… Never Forget That. 🦅💎”
The post came during the week of the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, when teams are monitoring new talents to draft for their rosters ahead of the next season. The post has renewed speculation from fans who anticipate a move away from the Raiders soon, with multiple franchises looking to trade for him.
Heavy interest in Maxx Crosby from multiple franchises
Crosby’s defensive performances on the field have attracted the interest of many franchises. A report indicates heavy interest from the Dallas Cowboys, the Chicago Bears, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Buffalo Bills, the Baltimore Ravens, the Los Angeles Rams, and the New England Patriots. All of these teams will be contending for the Super Bowl, while the Raiders are not considered to have that capability yet.
The Raiders are reluctant to let him move, asking for two first-round picks plus a starter if any teams wish to trade for him. The player has not requested a trade yet and only recently signed a three-year extension worth $106.5 million in March 2025. He also has a good relationship with the franchise and owner Mark Davis, which makes it further unlikely he will move.
It remains to be seen whether Maxx Crosby stays at the Raiders next season, or joins a new franchise.
