The New England Patriots soon will have the kind of training facility that players and coaches have long asked for.
Amid player criticism of substandard facilities, the Patriots in 2024 announced plans for an all-new training hub. The facility, which is scheduled to open this spring, will house a new locker room and weight room, as well as team offices and much more. It's located near Gillette Stadium, adjacent to one of New England's two practice fields.

The team received a C- for both of those categories on the leaked NFLPA team report cards.

It's unclear whether the photo and video and originated from. However, Patriots logos are visible in the locker room, so the footage seemingly is legitimate.
The Patriots are expected to open the new training facility in time for spring practices, which likely will begin in May. Whether the new accomidations lead to improved scores on the infamous NFLPA report card remains to be seen.
