According to TEAMtalk, David Moyes’ scouts were in Girona on the weekend to watch Celta Vigo right-back Oscar Mingueza.
It’s understood that Everton have been tracking Mingueza for some time, and clearly, he is emerging as a top target as they look to strengthen at right-back.
The 26-year-old is out of contract in June, so the Toffees have a good opportunity to sign a former Barcelona and Spain international on a free transfer.
