Rui Hachimura, a key forward for the team this season, is predicted to follow James out the door as Los Angeles reshapes its roster around cap flexibility and a championship push. Lake Show Life's Tyler Watts highlighted the forward's likely departure.
"Rui Hachimura will join LeBron James in painfully divorcing the Lakers this summer," Watts wrote. "Fans have seen the 6'8 forward knock down some massive shots this season, but his defensive issues have forced him to the bench."
"Fans will be upset to see LeBron and Rui go. Kennard hasn't yet made a massive splash in Hollywood, but his shooting will forever tantalize contending teams. Those divorces will involve some pain, but Lakers fans must suffer to be a serious title contender again."

LeBron's future in Los Angeles remains uncertain. If he opts to leave in free agency, the Lakers would open approximately $51 million in cap space.
This season, Hachimura has averaged 11.7 points and 3.4 rebounds over 48 games while shooting 50.1% from the field and a career-best 44.1% from three-point range.
