Chelsea predicted XI vs Aston Villa as Liam Rosenior selects replacement for Pedro Neto

Liam Rosenior is yet again dealing with suspension problems as he looks to pick his side for the huge Premier League game against Aston Villa.

Pedro Neto is the latest to be sent off after his red card against Arsenal on Sunday, with Chelsea still struggling to finish a game with 11 men.

Defeat against the Gunners has seen them start to slip away from the top five places, although their upcoming opponents are in the middle of a tough run of form too.

Chelsea Predicted XI vs Aston Villa

The Chelsea Chronicle have named their XI which Rosenior should name at Villa Park, including who will replace Neto in attack.

Who will get sent off next? 🔴

Something is telling me Andrey Santos! 🤷‍♂️

Chelsea players to have been sent off

Despite a poor outing against Arsenal, Robert Sanchez will remain in the starting side, under pressure to deliver a commanding performance again.

Reece James was tremendous against the Gunners, and despite the obvious risks to his health he is going to be required for this huge game.

After missing the last game due to suspension, Wesley Fofana will be back in the starting side, with a point to prove to supporters after his display against Burnley.

There was a positive performance for Trevoh Chalobah at the weekend, and he will retain his place while Mamadou Sarr drops to the bench.

Despite Marc Cucurella’s pending return, we are predicting Jorrel Hato to remain in the starting side for this one.

In midfield, Andrey Santos will continue his prolific run in the side since Rosenior took over the club.

He will be joined by Moises Caicedo, who is still toeing the line of a two-game suspension if he picks up two more yellow cards.

Ahead of those two, Enzo Fernandez will return to a central role, where he looks as if he has the biggest impact on proceedings.

This is an OUTRAGEOUS take! 😳 🤯

But does this TalkingPoints user have a point?

The right flank will be occupied by Cole Palmer. Chelsea’s star man is still waiting for a return to his best, particularly in a big game.

Replacing Neto will be Alejandro Garnacho. Estevao Willian and Jamie Gittens remain injured and unavailable.

Up front, Joao Pedro will look to continue his excellent run of form. Even when he is not scoring goals, he is impressing greatly since his move from Brighton.
