Everton has launched a limited edition jersey to mark St. Patrick’s Day. On Monday (March 2), the club unveiled a new lifestyle range of t-shirts, jackets and more as part of the Everton St. Patrick’s Day Collection.

Each piece features designs inspired by traditional Irish imagery, including the Everton St. Patrick’s Day Fan Top (£55), an off-white jersey with subtle knotwork detailing alongside an emerald collar and gold accents. It also incorporates the Prince Rupert’s Tower symbol with a unique, Gaelic-inspired design.

This is also on the off-white Everton St. Patrick’s Day Windrunner (£65), a full-zip jacket with the gold crest on the left chest opposite a shamrock, with an emerald chevron-style stripe across the front. The black Everton St. Patrick’s Day Tricot Track Jacket (£65) combines emerald patterned trims down each arm with a gold crest and ‘EVERTON’ text on the back above the club’s latin motto.

Unveiling the St. Patrick’s Day Collection, Everton said: “Going right back to Everton’s earliest days in the Nineteenth Century, the Irish community has played a huge role in the club’s history. Irish immigrants have supported Everton from its outset, shaping its identity as rooted in working-class community and pride.

“This St. Patrick’s Day collection pays homage to these deep and lasting links between the team and the Emerald Isle, using a blend of traditional and modern imagery and multiple techniques to create items with distinct character, rooted in Everton’s eternal connections across the Irish Sea. From trailblazers of the past to modern-day successors like Seamus Coleman, Jake O’Brien and Courtney Brosnan, Irish influence has long shaped the spirit of the Blues – resilient, proud, and fiercely loyal.

“Add legends like Kevin Sheedy, and that emerald thread runs unmistakably through Everton’s story. For generations of Merseyside’s Irish community, football hasn’t just been entertainment – it’s been identity. A ritual. A reminder of where you’re from and where you belong.”

The launch comes ahead of Everton’s Premier League fixture against Burnley on Tuesday (March 3), with David Moyes’ men hosting the relegation-risk side at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. The game is set to air on TNT Sports 3 and discovery+ from a 7.30pm kick-off.

Everton fans took to social media when the club unveiled its St. Patrick’s Day Collection, with one writing on X: “Classy. As an Irish Scouser, I love these and ordered a few items.”

Another said: “Nice gear there.” Not everyone is convinced, as this person said: “Shame they didn’t do a proper hoodie.” While another simply added: “Beautiful.”
