Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey is back on the market, though he is almost guaranteed to re-sign with the team. He made 36 of his 42 attempted field goals in 2025 and 47 of his 48 extra points. His extra point rate of 96.9% since entering the league in 2023 is the eighth highest among kickers with at least 100 extra points attempted.

Per Stathead's Field Goal Finder, Aubrey owns the record for the two longest field goals in the franchise's history at 65 and 64 yards. The third longest is a tie between Aubrey and Brett Maher at 63.

Aubrey's 65-yard field goal is tied for the third-longest field goal made since the 2023 season. Only Cam Little, with makes of 68 and 67 yards, has made a longer field goal than Aubrey in that span.

Aubrey has made a Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons, as well as an All-Pro team (he made the first All-Pro team in 2023).

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that he and the organization would like to make Aubrey the highest-paid kicker in the NFL, per the Cowboys' official team website.

"I think he's outstanding," Jones said, per the team website. "Love his story, love the fact that the story is with the Cowboys. We feel good that what we are talking about is an appreciation of what he can do for us. That's a way of, not trying to negotiate with anything I might say here, but we've got a good offer on the table for him."
