**Offensive Coordinator Travis Switzer**
**Pass Game Coordinator: Danny Breyer**
Breyer is the Browns pass game coordinator following three seasons with the Ravens. He spent 2023-25 as an offensive assistant coach with the Ravens, working closely with the tight ends. During that span, the Ravens finished near the top in several key categories including rushing yards (first with 166.9 per game), yards per game (second with 375.6 per game) and points (third with 27.9 per game). In 2024, TE Mark Andrew led all NFL tight ends with 11 receiving touchdowns. He previously spent three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, first as offensive assistant (2020-21) and as run game specialist (2022). In 2022, RB Tyler Allgier rushed for 1,035 yards, while Cordarrelle Patterson added eight rushing touchdowns. Breyer has coached for 10 years in the NFL.
**Run Game Coordinator/Tight Ends Coach: Jeff Blasko**
Blasko re-joins the Browns as the run game coordinator/tight ends coach after serving as the tight ends coach for the Jets during the 2025 season. He previously spent five seasons with the Cowboys, where he served as the assistant offensive line coach from 2020-22 before being promoted to run game coordinator/running backs coach for the 2023-24 seasons. Blasko has previous ties to working with Monken in Cleveland, when he was the assistant offensive line coach for the Browns while Monken was the offensive coordinator in 2019.
**Offensive Line Coach: George Warhop**
Warhop returns to the Browns as the offensive line coach and is in his 30th year coaching in the NFL. He previously served as the offensive line coach for the Browns from 2009-13. Warhop overlapped with Monken at two stops over his coaching career, first with the Buccaneers from 2016-18 and then with the Ravens from 2024-25. Over the course of his coaching career, Warhop has worked with some of the top offensive linemen in NFL history including T Joe Thomas, T Orlando Pace, G Larry Allen, T Lomas Brown, G Logan Mankins, C Alex Mack, T Flozell Adams, T Joe Staley and T Laremy Tunsil.
**Assistant Offensive Line Coach: Bobby Johnson**
Johnson joins the Browns as the assistant offensive line coach after spending two seasons with the Commanders as the offensive line coach. In 2024, the offensive line helped guide the offense to rush for 2,619 yards and 154.1 yards per game, which ranked third in the league. Johnson brings 29 years of coaching experience, including 16 years in the NFL.
**Quarterbacks Coach: Mike Bajakian**
Bajakian joins the Browns as the quarterbacks coach and brings 30 years of coaching experience. He spent the past seven seasons as an offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach on the collegiate level with Massachusetts (2025), Utah (2024), Northwestern (2020-23) and Boston College (2019). He was also the quarterbacks coach with Tampa Bay for four seasons from 2015-18.
**Assistant Quarterbacks Coach: Matt Baker**
Baker joins the Browns as the assistant quarterbacks coach after spending two seasons with the Steelers as an offensive assistant from 2024-25. His first NFL coaching position came with the Falcons as a special teams assistant in 2023. Prior to joining the Falcons, Baker spent three seasons at John Carroll University from 2020-22 as the quarterbacks coach before adding offensive coordinator to his title in 2022.
**Wide Receivers Coach: Christian Jones**
Jones moved to wide receivers after serving as the tight ends coach for the Browns during the 2025 season. In his first season with the Browns as tight ends coach, helped TE Harold Fannin Jr. set a Browns rookie record with 72 receptions. Fannin finished second among all NFL rookies in receptions, tied for second with six receiving touchdowns and fourth with 731 receiving yards in 2025. Jones is in his eighth year as a coach in the NFL, after spending three years at the Vikings from 2019-21 and three years at the Giants from 2022-24.
**Assistant Wide Receivers Coach: John Wozniak**
Wozniak steps into the NFL for the first time in his coaching career as the Browns assistant wide receivers coach. Wozniak brings over 25 years of coaching experience at different collegiate programs. He most recently served as an offensive analyst at Arizona State during the 2025 season after spending eight years as the running backs coach at Oklahoma State from 2017-24.
**Running Backs Coach: Duce Staley**
Staley first joined the Browns in 2024 and brings 27 years of experience as an NFL player (10) and coach (17), where he has won a Super Bowl as both a player and a coach. He helped develop rookie RBs Quinshon Judkins (second round pick) and Dylan Sampson (fourth round pick) in 2025. Judkins led the team with 827 rushing yards and seven rushing scores. Judkins also finished third among all NFL rookies in rushing yards and tied for fourth in rushing touchdowns. In 2024, RBs Nick Chubb and Jerome Ford tied for the team lead in rushing touchdowns.
**Offensive Quality Control Coach: Ian Kolste**
Kolste joins the Browns as an offensive quality control coach after spending the previous two seasons with the Ravens as a coaching fellow where he overlapped with Monken. Kolste also spent six years at the collegiate level in various roles, most recently as the offensive coordinator for his alma mater Whitworth University from 2022-23.
**Offensive Assistant/Offensive Line Coach: Sanders Davis**
Davis enters his second season with the Browns as an offensive assistant/offensive line coach, first joining the coaching staff in 2025. Davis previously spent six seasons at Rice University, first as a graduate assistant in 2019 before serving as offensive line coach the final five seasons from 2020-24.
**Offensive Analyst: Travis Monken**
Monken joins the Browns as an offensive analyst after spending two seasons with Purdue University working as an offensive quality control coach. Prior to the joining the Boilermakers, Monken served as a student assistant with Oklahoma State from 2020-23, primarily working with the tight ends and fullbacks.
**Offensive Analyst: Dom Borsani**
Borsani is in his fourth season with the Cleveland Browns and his first as an offensive analyst. In his role, Borsani works closely with the offensive coaching staff and contributes to daily coaching tasks and research. He originally joined the front office as a football research analyst in 2023 before serving as a coaching analyst in 2024.
