The Green Bay Packers are set for an interesting offseason, particularly when it comes to free agency. They’ll have 20 players scheduled to hit the market.

Four of them — quarterback Malik Willis, offensive lineman Rasheed Walker, wide receiver Romeo Doubs and linebacker Quay Walker — made The Athletic’s Top 150 free agents list for 2026.

At the top of that group is Willis, who is expected to command a sizable deal from one of the quarterback-needy teams around the league. The Miami Dolphins have been mentioned as a favorite due to his connection with new head coach Jeff Hafley.

As for Rasheed Walker, USA Today’s Tyler Dragon believes his best fit could be with the Cleveland Browns, who need help at left tackle.

Meanwhile, Dragon projects Quay Walker and Romeo Doubs heading to the AFC South.

Titans Named Best Fit for Packers’ Quay Walker, Romeo Doubs

In his recent free-agent best fits column, Dragon has both Walker and Doubs landing with the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans currently hold the most salary cap space in the NFL at roughly $90 million, according to Spotrac.

That gives Tennessee more than enough flexibility to pursue the two Packers’ stars.

“Cedric Gray finished fourth in the league in tackles (164). He had more than double the amount of tackles than any other Titans player,” Dragon wrote. “Defensive-minded head coach Robert Saleh hopes to build Tennessee’s defense in his image. Walker has compiled more than 100 tackles in four straight seasons. Plus, the Titans have the most salary cap space in the NFL.”

Tennessee finished the 2025 season ranked 21st in total defense, 28th in scoring defense and 25th in missed tackles — clear areas that could justify pursuing Walker.

As for Doubs, Dragon sees him as a reliable addition for second-year quarterback Cam Ward.

“The Titans have the salary cap flexibility to be aggressive this offseason. Tennessee had the third-worst pass offense in the NFL last season. Calvin Ridley, Chig Okonkwo and Doubs would be a nice trio of pass catchers for second-year QB Cam Ward,” Dragon wrote.

Last year, the Titans ranked 31st in total offense, 30th in both passing and scoring, and 12th in dropped passes.

Quay Walker, Romeo Doubs Contract Projections in Free Agency

Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst’s recent comments have only fueled speculation that Walker could be on his way out.

“Gutekunst was asked last week which positions he thinks need the most competition and his first two answers were secondary and inside linebacker. If Walker re-signs, the Packers would have him, Edgerrin Cooper, Isaiah McDuffie and Ty’Ron Hopper at the position and no need for competition. Might Gutekunst have tipped his hand on what he’s thinking with Walker?” The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman wrote.

Green Bay declined Walker’s $14.7 million fifth-year option for 2026. While he likely won’t command that number annually, he is still expected to cash in.

Walker is projected to earn $8.3 million per year on a three-year, $24.8 million deal.

Doubs, meanwhile, is also set to be moving on from Green Bay despite leading the Packers in receptions over the past four seasons. The wide receiver room has grown crowded after the team drafted Matthew Golden and extended Christian Watson.

“Despite all the good Doubs did in Green Bay, perhaps most notably in multiple playoff games, it doesn’t make sense to pay him what he’ll be worth on the open market,” Schneidman wrote.

While Doubs may not be viewed as a true WR1, his production and reliability are expected to earn him a strong deal elsewhere.

He’s projected to command $12 million annually on a four-year, $48 million contract.
