Portland Trail Blazers center Donovan Clingan has earned honorable mention for NBA Player of the Week for February, 2026. The NBA [announced the nominees today](https://x.com/nbapr/status/2028924129554935850?s=12). San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama and Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham won Western and Eastern Conference Player of the Month, respectively.
Clingan joined Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic, Houston Rockets forward Kevin Durant, Minnesota Timberwolves wing Anthony Edwards, Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic, and Los Angeles Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard as Western Conference nominees.
Clingan is currently averaging 11.8 points and 11.5 rebounds in 27.6 minutes per game for the Blazers. In February he averaged 14.3 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game over 11 appearances.
