Redick announced the Lakers will continue to "tweak" the rotation to give LeBron and Reaves more minutes together on the court.
The Los Angeles Lakers are looking forward to maximizing the exposure of LeBron James and Austin Reaves.
Los Angeles Lakers / Schedule
Before their Tuesday clash against the New Orleans Pelicans, JJ Redick told reporters that the Lakers will continue to "tweak" their rotation, allowing both franchise stars to play more minutes together.
The change was definitely made in the wake of the Lakers' desire to deliver a strong late-season push. After previously enduring a three-game losing skid, LA is now on a roll by winning two of its last games.
Reaves is averaging 24.1 points in over 50 percent this season, but he was observed to be passive in the past couple of games. In the last five appearances, he only tallied 15.4 points at 43.1 percent efficiency.
With more playing time with LeBron, the Lakers are hoping Reaves can be more aggressive offensively.
