Jamie O’Hara is convinced Everton play better football than Liverpool after the results on Tuesday evening.
David Moyes’ side closed the gap to their city rivals with victory against Burnley reducing the points deficit to just five.
It was a big night for Everton as they finally ended their Hill Dickinson Stadium curse, with a convincing win over the Premier League strugglers.
Martin Keown was impressed with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, but there were a number of players who showcased their talent.

Jamie O’Hara hails Everton’s style of play after Burnley win

“Rob Edwards’ Wolves, they’re looking all right. Elsewhere, Everton, they’re flying,” said O’Hara.
“They play better football than Liverpool. They are playing the best football I’ve seen in a while.”
Everton have been exceptional away from home this season, but it is in their new stadium where the problems have lain.
This is why Tuesday’s victory over a poor Burnley side was still so impressive.
Everton ended the game with 56% possession, which is a considerable increase on their season average of just 44% per game.
Everton face Liverpool test next month
Although an official date has not been set yet, it is just over a month until the Hill Dickinson Stadium will host its first-ever Merseyside Derby.
A place in history is on the line for the Blues as they will not want to open the new stadium with a derby defeat in their first meeting.
With just five points between the two sides, the game in April could be the first time in years where the fixture has meant something towards the league standings.
Everton could finish above Liverpool for the first time in 13 years this season if they are able to continue closing the gap.
