Maxx Crosby rumor details star edge rusher's Tom Brady-related frustration with Raiders

Maxx Crosby has plenty of reasons to be frustrated with the Las Vegas Raiders, and included in those reasons is one related to Tom Brady.

According to The Athletic's Mike Silver, Crosby is none-too-happy about the presence of Raiders wellness coordinator and close friend and business partner of Brady, Alex Guerrero, who is considered Brady's eyes and ears in the building, and even on the practice field.

Silver hears that Guerrero claims to have "significant organizational power" and has even told staff members in the past that they could lose their job if they don't follow his instructions.

“Like many players and coaches, Crosby was frustrated by the presence of Alex Guerrero, a staunch Brady ally whose official title is wellness coordinator,” Silver said. “Guerrero, who regularly attends practices and meetings, purports to possess significant organizational power, informing players of impending transactions and even indicating to staff members who don’t follow his instructions that their jobs may be at risk.”

It's no surprise that Brady is using Guerrero as his eyes and ears given their close relationship and the fact that the future Hall of Famer isn't in the building often.

However, this is also not an ideal situation, as there's clearly an issue with Guerrero inside the building and Brady would be wise to reel him in or risk creating more controversy a historically dysfunctional franchise doesn't need.

This is just one of many reasons why Crosby is angry with the Raiders.

Along with the Guerrero issue, he has experienced just one winning season during his career and has seen a ton of turnover, especially at head coach and general manager.

Crosby was also frustrated with the team's decision to shut him down early last season, which the Raiders claimed was done to protect Crosby's knee.

Crosby, who has been staunchly loyal to the Raiders even though they don't deserve it, deserves better than this and hopefully he finally gets it via trade this offseason.
