Kai Trump and Travis Kelce attended TGL on March 3.
Kai Trump, granddaughter of Donald Trump, chatted with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce at TGL on Tuesday, March 3.
Both Trump and Kelce attended the match between Jupiter Links GC and The Bay Golf Club at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and, according to footage shared on X, the two appeared to be doing press down on the turf.
TGL officially launched its inaugural season on January 7, 2025. According to Sports Illustrated, Woods will not be playing in the league this season as he is still recovering from back surgery.
“My body has been through a lot,” Woods said at the Genesis Invitational. “It’s just one of those things where it’s each and every day, I keep trying, I keep progressing, I keep working on it, trying to get stronger, trying to get more endurance in this body and trying to get it at a level at which I can play at the highest level again,” he added.
Kelce Went to the Event as His Brother’s Plus One
Kelce joined his brother, Jason Kelce, at the match after being invited as his “plus one.” The guys talked about the event on a recent episode of their New Heights podcast.
“Dude, I’ve always wanted to go to TGL,” Travis told Jason. “Do you get a plus one?” he asked.
“Yes, I would love to have you if you’re willing to come down. Yeah. I’ve heard from everybody how state of the art and incredible this technology is, so I can’t wait to check it out first hand,” Jason added.

Travis appeared to thoroughly enjoy his time at the match and even had the chance to test out the virtual course at TGL. While both he and Jason are avid golfers, the TGL experience is a far cry from a traditional day on the links. The 3-on-3 indoor league uses a high-tech simulator that blends real swings with a virtual course in a fast-paced, arena-style setting.
All eyes remain on Travis as he prepares to announce his decision about his future in the NFL, which could come any day now.
Trump Attended the Event With Her Mom, Vanessa Trump
Trump, 18, an amateur golfer, took in the match with her mom, Vanessa Trump, who is dating Woods.
Kai, who made her LPGA debut in November 2025, has been away from the course after undergoing surgery.
“Today, I underwent left wrist surgery to address injuries to the stabilizing tissues of my ECU tendon and damage to my triangular fibrocartilage complex,” she said in a post on Instagram in early January. “The surgery was successfully performed at the Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute by Dr. Thomas Graham, Chief of Jefferson Orthopedics. I look forward to my rehab in the coming months. I am excited for the ability to play golf pain-free!”
Kai and Vanessa were cheering on Woods’ Jupiter Links GC. Though the pro golfer didn’t play, he serves as the team’s captain.
