Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks of all time and is almost assuredly a first-ballot Hall of Famer when he reaches that point.
While much is known about Rodgers' public life, he does his best to keep his private life private. It hasn’t always worked out for him—such as when he dated actress Olivia Munn -- but in recent years, he has become increasingly private.
Rodgers signed with the Steelers ahead of the 2025 season. In his first appearance with the team, local reporters noticed that he was wearing a ring on his left ring finger. ESPN's Brooke Pryor asked him whether it was an Oura Ring that tracks body metrics or a wedding ring, and the quarterback confirmed it was a wedding ring.
Rodgers answered the question but did not offer any additional information. The quarterback has long battled the media and wants to keep his wife's identity private. All Rodgers has revealed about her is that her name is Britani, they met in 2017, and at one point she lived "across the pond."
Here is what we know about Rodgers' wife.

Who is Aaron Rodgers's wife?
Rodgers has somehow managed to preserve his wife's full identity in the digital age. The quarterback has revealed that her first name is Brittani and that they were married in 2025. Bits of information continue to trickle in from time to time—like when he appeared on the Pat McAfee Show in 2026 and said they met in 2017—but we still do not know her full identity, leading many to question if she even exists.
When did Aaron Rodgers get married?
In June 2025, Rodgers revealed that the couple had been married for "a couple of months." He remained cautious about revealing too much, wanting it all to remain secret, but after confirming to Pryor that he was married, Rodgers reiterated that he had been married for a couple of months.
Details about the exact day, the attendees, or even the location have still not been revealed.

Aaron Rodgers wife: Brittani
Rodgers first went public with the information that he was dating a woman named Brittani during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show from December 2024. When the quarterback said her name, one of the co-hosts on the show asked if he was dating music star Britney Spears. Rodgers clarified, saying, "No, this is Brittani with an i."
So, we know that her name is Brittani, but Rodgers maintains that she doesn't have social media and didn't even watch the Pat McAfee Show, where she was being talked about.
Rodgers revealed on a March 4, 2026, episode of the Pat McAfee Show that the couple first met in 2017. He also maintained that at one point she had to move "back across the pond," making many wonder if she was European.
The veteran QB said that the two were living in Malibu, but due to consistent stalking from the media and paparazzi, the couple has moved from their beach home. It is unknown where the two live, and no other information has been revealed about Brittani other than Rodgers' most recent updates that they met in 2017 and she lives "across the pond" at one point.
Aaron Rodgers on his wife: "The obsession is f--king bizarre. ... We're not living at the beach anymore. Part of it is I have legitimate stalkers. I don't say that flippantly or lightly. I've been getting stalked for a year and a half. ..."

Who is Mia?
Mia's name first came up in August 2025. Rodgers had joined the Steelers two months prior, and he was doing an interview with The Athletic in August. When asked about what played into his decision to join Pittsburgh, he said, I was taking orders from my (new) sister-in-law, Mia. She's 20, and she's the brains of the family."
Mia's name came up again in January 2026 as the hosts of The Athletic's Sports Gossip Show, Madeline Hill and Charlotte Wilder, claimed to have found the real-life identity of Mia and Brittani. They claimed that Rodgers is good friends with a rapper named Mike, who is married to someone named Kristy. This "Kirsty" is a sister of Rodgers' wife, and Hill and Wilder claim they know that Kirsty has a 20-year-old sister-in-law named Mia. Putting the puzzle pieces together, they believe they know Brittani's true identity, but chose to not reveal it to help maintain her privacy.
On the March 4 episode of the McAfee Show, Rodgers read a supposed letter from Mia where she told the media to stop lying, to back off and that she doesn't have a sister named Kirsty.
TL;DR Mia is reportedly Rodgers' sister-in-law, and Brittani has a sister named Kirsty.

Aaron Rodgers on Pat McAfee Show
Rodgers is good friends with sports talk show host Pat McAfee. While the veteran QB doesn't like doing media appearances, he doesn't seem to mind joining McAfee's show and going on long monologues about the state of the world or whatever is irking him. It was on McAfee's show where Rodgers revealed in 2024 that wide receiver Davante Adams was traded to the Jets when he appeared in the background while Rodgers was talking to McAfee.
The McAfee Show is where Rodgers first mentioned the fact that he was in a serious relationship, talking about how he was Christmas shopping for his girlfriend, and then, in early 2025, discussing the fact that he was mulling over his future because he was in a different spot in his life since he was 41 and in a serious relationship.

Aaron Rodgers dating history
Jessica Szohr
Rodgers was briefly linked to actress Jessica Szohr in 2011, and then in 2014. According to People, the pair were spotted on several occasions, including a bowling alley after-party where they were bowling with Taylor Swift.
Olivia Munn
Rodgers' first high-profile relationship was still in the world of Hollywood with actress Olivia Munn. They began dating in 2014 and met at the ACM Awards where they presented an award for Song of the Year together. Munn reportedly didn't know who he was at the time, and just assumed he was a college football player.
Their first public appearance together was later that year when they attended a film screening together. Rodgers and Munn had been seen on the set of 'The Newsroom' when Munn was on the show.
The couple went their separate ways after three years together. Rodgers cited the fact that the relationship was in the public eye as the main reason for the split.
"When you are living out a relationship in the public eye, it's definitely … it's difficult. It has some extra constraints, because you have other opinions about your relationship, how it affects your work and, you know, just some inappropriate connections."
Kelly Rohrbach
Rodgers and swimsuit model Kelly Rohrbach spent time together on a golf course in 2017, sparking rumors that they were dating. This ended up just being rumors, and it was never confirmed if the pair was ever more than friends.
Danica Patrick
Rodgers and Danica Patrick met at the 2012 ESPYs and supposedly kept in touch "via email" over the years. They officially started dating in January 2018. Patrick hosted the 2018 ESPYs, and the couple walked the red carpet together. By the end of 2019, they had bought a house together in Malibu, California.
They spent the start of 2020 together, but only lasted half the year. After two and a half years together, the couple called it quits in July 2020.
Shailene Woodley
Rodgers is never single for long. By the start of 2021 rumors were swirling that he and actress Shailene Woodley were an item. By February, it was confirmed by several outlets that they were indeed together.
A few days after the news went public, Rodgers accepted the 2020 NFL MVP Award. During his acceptance speech, he said that he and Woodley were engaged. She confirmed his report when she had an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The interesting thing was that she said she and Rodgers had been engaged "for a while." There were only about eight months between Rodgers and Patrick's breakup and the engagement to Woodley getting announced.
They were engaged for a little over a year, fighting off frequent rumors that their relationship had ended. The couple did confirm that they split in April 2022.
Mallory Edens
In January 2023, People reported that Rodgers was dating Mallory Edens. She is a model and also the daughter of Bucks owner Wes Edens. The couple was rumored to be keeping things casual, and it's unclear whether they ever officially started dating or when they broke up.
"Brittani"
Rodgers appeared on the Pat McAfee Show in December 2024, where he mentioned doing Christmas shopping for his girlfriend. The host pried a little and learned that the quarterback was dating someone and that it was serious. All Rodgers would say was that her name was Brittani, making sure to point out that it was spelled with an "i."
She came up in conversation again when he was on the McAfee Show during free agency, discussing where he was mentally and physically, as well as why he hadn't signed with a team at that point.
Rodgers revealed he was married in June 2025, and confirmed that "Brittani" is his wife. His next appearance on the Pat McAfee Show came in March 2026 and at that point, nothing else was known about Brittani other than the additions that she has lived overseas and they met in 2017.
