‘Look at Leeds…’ – Gabby Agbonlahor drags Leeds United into Arsenal vs Man City title race…

Karl Darlow produced another solid performance in goal

Leeds United can ill afford any slip-ups in the Premier League survival battle, particularly after this week’s results pulled them closer to the relegation zone.

West Ham’s win against Fulham and Nottingham Forest holding Manchester City to a draw on Wednesday night have tightened things considerably at the bottom of the table.

Leeds also failed to help their own cause, losing at home to Sunderland on Tuesday. That result leaves them only three points above the drop zone with just nine matches remaining in the Premier League season.

Things changed in the title race as well on Wednesday night after Manchester City dropped more points while Arsenal scored a narrow victory away at Brighton.

Gabby Agbonlahor mentions Leeds United in the title race debate

Leeds were bitterly disappointed to lose at home against Manchester City last weekend and felt that they deserved something from the game at Elland Road.

Manchester City could have conceded a penalty and should have had a player sent off. But they managed to escape Elland Road with a 1-0 win and three points in their bag.

Agbonlahor insisted that Manchester City just about managed to beat Leeds away from home, while Arsenal hammered the Whites 4-0 at Elland Road earlier this year.

He stressed the Gunners are just an all-around better team than Manchester City this season and should go on to win the Premier League.
