Chelsea duo both mocked the same Aston Villa player after 4-1 as savage footage emerges [video]

Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto in action for Chelsea vs Aston Villa

Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto both mocked the same Aston Villa player after their resounding Premier League victory on Wednesday evening.

Chelsea went into the match at Villa Park looking to bounce back from their defeat to Arsenal a few days prior. They got the result they wanted as they ran out 4-1 victors.

The Blues got off to an awful start as they fell behind after just two minutes when Douglas Luiz netted the opener. Chelsea responded well, though, as they dominated proceedings for the remainder of the game.

The impressive Joao Pedro netted a hat-trick and Cole Palmer also got on the scoresheet as the Blues picked up a deserved three points.

Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto Troll Amadou Onana After Match

Palmer and Gusto made sure to get revenge on Amadou Onana after their victory at Villa Park.

In December, Unai Emery's side beat Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge thanks to Ollie Watkins' brace. After the game, footage emerged of Onana doing his three-point celebration in the tunnel.

That clearly did not go down well with Chelsea's players. Fan footage has emerged of Gusto doing that very same celebration on the pitch, moments after they crushed their opponents on Wednesday evening.

Palmer did similar as he posted an image of Onana doing the same celebration after their victory against Manchester United in December.

Liam Rosenior Praises Joao Pedro After Hat-Trick

Pedro was the difference-maker once again on Wednesday evening as he netted a brilliant hat-trick. Liam Rosenior spoke very highly about the Brazilian after the match.

"He’s a top player," Rosenior said, per Chelsea's official website. "I think he’s growing in confidence. His hold-up play, the energy he puts into the team in terms of his press, his movement.

"His goal with the left foot is world-class, the finish is magnificent, but actually I’m really delighted with his two tap-ins that he got. He was in the right place at the right time, we’ve worked hard with him on that.

"He gets the hat-trick, but it’s really hard to single someone out because I felt it was an outstanding team performance. Going through the back line and midfield – Moi, Enzo, Romeo when he came on, Garnacho – I just felt it was an outstanding team performance."

Pedro, considered one of the very best strikers in the Premier League right now, was also ecstatic with his performance and the result as he said, per ESPN: "I think it was another dream night for me. Since I joined here I have been waiting for this moment, playing for a big team to get my hat trick.

"I think it was a perfect night to get my first hat trick with Chelsea. I just need to look forward and get more. I think everyone was perfect, when the team plays like this I will get chances.

"Everyone was top and we need to continue like this. It was a special day for everyone. We still have nine games to fight and to be in the top four."

Chelsea have leapfrogged Liverpool into fifth place. They are now just a place and three points behind Villa in the race to qualify for next season's Champions League.
