David Raya has received his third Premier League Save of the Month nomination in as many months after producing a brilliant reaction save to deny Brentford's Igor Thiago during our 1-1 draw in west London in February.
With the score level in the first half, David's throw fell short of Declan Rice and was cut out by Mathias Jensen, who delivered a dangerous ball towards Thiago.
The striker met Jensen's delivery with a powerful downward header, but David threw himself down to his left and got a strong hand to the ball, denying Brentford the opening goal.
In December 2025, our goalkeeper was nominated twice, and won the award for the third time in his career; no goalkeeper has won the award more than our no.1.
He received the award for his outstanding stop to deny Yankuba Minteh in our 2-1 win over Brighton, and was also shortlisted for a stunning stop to deny Brentford's Kevin Schade in our 2-0 home win over the Bees.
David's save is one of six nomination for February's award. Alongside our Spaniard, Manchester City's Gianluigi Donnarumma is up for the award for his stoppage-time save against Liverpool, while Guglielmo Vicario is also shortlisted for a stop he made against City for Spurs.
Jose Sa made a fantastic stop late on for Wolves to secure a point against Nottingham Forest, while Emi Martinez made an equally vital save for Aston Villa in their 1-0 win over Brighton.
Everton's Jordan Pickford rounds off the nominations with a 94th-minute save against Newcastle, which secured a 3-2 win at St. James' Park for the Toffees.
