Minnesota Timberwolves Announce Anthony Edwards Update Before Raptors Game

On Thursday night, the Minnesota Timberwolves will play the Toronto Raptors (at the Target Center).

The Timberwolves are coming off a 117-110 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies (also at home).

Anthony Edwards finished the victory with 41 points, six rebounds, two assists, five steals and one block while shooting 15/29 from the field and 7/13 from three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.

For Thursday’s game, the Timberwolves could be without Edwards.

He is listed as questionable.

Underdog NBA wrote: “Anthony Edwards (injury maintenance) downgraded to questionable Thursday.”

Edwards is in the middle of another outstanding season with averages of 29.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 49.4% from the field and 40.2% from three-point range in 52 games.

He is in his sixth season as a pro (all with the Timberwolves).

If Edwards plays against Toronto, he will have a chance to make historry.
