NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has long avoided extensive public discussion of his personal life, finally addressed the curiosity about his current wife and accusations from past relationships on Wednesday's episode of The Pat McAfee Show.

McAfee steered the conversation towards football for almost an hour before giving Rodgers the floor to discuss his relationship and the "rumors that continue to grow."

"The obsessions are f------ bizarre," Rodgers commented, referring to the intense scrutiny over his current relationship.

The four-time NFL MVP clarified that his wife, Brittani, has no desire to lead a public life, and privacy has become a non-negotiable aspect of his life following years of attention due to high-profile relationships. "She doesn't want any of that bull---- and I don't either," Rodgers stated.

"I was with that, and that is even more telling."

Rodgers shared that the situation escalated to such an extent that he and his wife no longer reside in the beach house they once shared. He mentioned that paparazzi and stalkers have been a constant presence in his daily life for nearly two years.

He also alleged that photographers regularly piloted drones above his residence in attempts to capture images of his wife. "There's a bounty on getting photos of her," Rodgers stated.

While avoiding specific names, he implied that certain former romantic partners contributed to the invasion of his privacy. "I dated people in the past who called paparazzi on me," Rodgers stated. "People who leaked where I was living."

Rodgers maintained that one relationship pushed him to be active on social media despite his reluctance. His first notable public Instagram presence emerged in early 2021 during his relationship with Shailene Woodley.

The veteran quarterback also responded to stories about him that former partners shared during media appearances. Notably, ex-NASCAR driver Danica Patrick went on The Sage Steele Show and described his relationship with Rodgers as "emotionally abusive" last year.

Rodgers dismissed the stories as "ridiculous."

"I dealt with clinically bipolar, I dealt with depressed, relevance-seeking, I dealt with people that wanted to search out other possibilities before they could commit to me," he stated. "Then they go on TV talking about how I ruined their lives and all this s----. I just want to say: move on with your life," Rodgers stated.

"Stop lying about me. Just move on with your life and be happy."

Patrick was in a relationship with Rodgers from 2018 to 2020. During her podcast appearance, she characterized the split as abrupt and emotionally shattering.

"When you live with somebody, it's your whole life. And because the nature of the relationship was emotionally abusive, that wore me down to nothing," Patrick expressed. "Someone that you know, people could never imagine that I would lack any confidence or belief in the simple things about who I am."
