Maxx Crosby trade rumor reveals top 3 suitors for Raiders star

Maxx Crosby's future with the Las Vegas Raiders is incredibly uncertain, as the team is reportedly open to trading the superstar edge rusher more than ever before this offseason.

Any team in the NFL would love to add Crosby to their pass rush, but it sounds like three NFC contenders are the top landing spots for the five-time Pro Bowler.

According to Easton Butler of Packer Report, the Los Angeles Rams, Chicago Bears, and Dallas Cowboys are the top three suitors for Crosby.

"Top 3 for Maxx Crosby right now: Rams, Bears, Cowboys. All solid offers so far," Butler said.

Los Angeles would've made sense for Crosby, but the team just traded away a haul of a first-round pick and more for cornerback Trent McDuffie from the Kansas City Chiefs, so it's hard to imagine the Rams making another trade for an elite defender.

However, Chicago and Dallas could be possible destinations for Crosby, as both teams need help at edge rusher and have the draft capital to pull off a deal, especially the Cowboys with their two first-round picks, one from the Micah Parsons trade with the Green Bay Packers.

Las Vegas' asking price for Crosby is incredibly high, as the franchise wants two first-round picks and a player. We'll see if the Rams, Bears, or Cowboys are willing to pay that price to acquire one of the best defensive players in the sport.
