The tennis world is not about to let the National Basketball League get all the attention.
On Thursday, in the runup to the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Calif., the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), the global governing body of men’s professional tennis, hosted its first “Athlete Arrivals,” or its version of the NBA’s famous tunnel walk.
For the first edition, eight players were photographed arriving on site in specially selected looks – some styled by former GQ fashion director Mobolaji Dawodu, and others styled by the players’ own sponsored brands.

The ATP plans to continue with its Athlete Arrivals at other tournaments including the Miami Open later this month, followed by Madrid in late April.
In 2025, the ATP Tour hosted 55 tournaments across 28 countries. The London-based organization was created in 1972 by Donal Dell, Jack Kramer and Cliff Drysdale to protect the interests of professional tennis players. Since 1990, the association has organized the ATP Tour.
