Thompson rolled his right ankle with 9:54 left in the first quarter as he drove to the basket over Stephon Castle. He went hobbling and momentarily sat on the sidelines, holding the area he injured.
Thompson has played in 57 of the Pistons' 61 games so far this season. He is averaging 10.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.9 steals in his third NBA campaign.
