Route to the stadium

Stadium address:

Parc des Princes

24, rue du Commandant Guilbaud

75016 Paris

The stadium is located to the south-west of Paris city centre, just south of the Bois de Boulogne. It is in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

For travel to the stadium, it is recommended to take the Metro line 9 to Porte de Saint-Cloud station and then to follow Avenue de la Porte de Saint-Cloud and Rue du Commandant Guilbaud.

The visiting supporters sector of the stadium is accessed via Gate V. This is in the south-east corner of the stadium.

Advice on areas to avoid

The authorities in Paris recommend Chelsea supporters stay away from the following areas of the city on match day and the day before the match:

Rue Saint-Denis in the 1st and 2nd arrondissements

Place Clichy neighbourhood in the 9th arrondissement

The Grands Boulevards (from Boulevard de Saint-Martin in the 3rd arrondissement, Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle in the 10th arrondissement, Boulevard Poissonnière in the 9th arrondissement, to Boulevard Montmartre in the 9th arrondissement)

The Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement

The entire Porte d'Auteuil area in the 16th arrondissement, especially on match day. This area is located north of the Parc des Princes and is where local fans gather.

The areas listed are shown on the map below:

Chelsea fans looking for a bar are recommended to visit Seguin Sound, located at 1 Parvis de l'Ile Seguin, 92 100 Boulogne-Billancourt.

From there, visiting supporters can easily reach the Parc des Princes stadium by taking Metro line 9 and getting off at the Porte de Saint-Cloud station.

Entering the stadium

The time taken to enter stadiums is generally increasing so we recommend supporters make their way to the stadium in good time. Late arrivals will inevitably be required to queue and there is no guarantee they will see the start of the match.

ID is not required, we advise that you leave your passport in a safe place rather than bringing it to the stadium.

Entry procedure

There will be an outer cordon at the junction between Rue Du Commandant Guilbaud and Avenue De La Porte De Saint Cloud with a visual check of each ticket.

100 metres further on, there will be a ticket scan with a hand-held device and body search by stewards.

There will be division into two lanes with one lane for upper tier ticket holders and one for lower tier ticket holders. Those with tickets for the lower tier will have a wristband fitted.

Entry into the stadium is by rotating turnstiles. Only those with wristbands can enter the lower tier.

Entry will be refused to any supporter who is deemed to be intoxicated.

Seating area

Chelsea supporters will located in either the lower tier blocks 101 and 102 or the upper tier blocks 301 and 302. These tiers are strictly segregated so although seating is unallocated within each tier, it is not possible for ticket holders for the lower tier to access the upper tier or ticket holders for the upper tier to access the lower tier.

The platform for disabled supporters is in the lower tier at the rear of Blocks 101 and 102.

Prohibited items

The following are not allowed inside Parc des Princes:

Battery chargers are permitted if no larger than the phone.

Flags and banners

As per PSG's ground regulations, all banners and flags must be inspected by the local authority in advance of the match taking place. Therefore, should you wish to bring a banner or flag to this match, you must submit a photo of it, along with a valid fire safety certificate, to supporter.relations@chelseafc.com by no later than 9am, Tuesday 10 March. Owners of banners or flags permitted into the stadium will be contacted via email in due course after this deadline.

Please note, flags and banners will also be inspected by Chelsea FC stewards and any that display symbols, images or wording that are not in keeping with the values and standards of the club or that are deemed to be inflammatory in nature will not be allowed to enter the stadium.

Bags

Maximum bag size: 30cm x 20cm x 10cm (A4). All bags within this size will be searched.

No bags larger than this will be permitted into the stadium.

Stadium exit

There will be a hold back of Chelsea supporters in the stadium after the game of approximately 30 minutes. Supporters may leave the stadium before the end of the match.

There will be access to refreshments and toilets during any hold back.

Please note, operational circumstances may require a modification to this plan.

Alcohol

No alcoholic drinks will be served in the stadium. The police may choose to remove any supporter who is deemed to be intoxicated at any time during the match.

Ejections

Supporters who are ejected may be subject to arrest.

Refreshments and payment

Refreshments will be available at the stadium, but no alcohol will be served.

Cash and card payments are accepted.

Police

Please follow the advice and instructions of the police at all times.

Fan behaviour

Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.

Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.

While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.

Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.

This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Fans can report such behaviour to club stewards or by contacting the below reporting hotline.
