In a poll conducted on talkSPORT.com, fans were given the opportunity to have their say on whether they believed Tottenham would go down.

The first option read: "Yes, and we'll laugh."

Those who were a little more optimistic could click on: "No, there are worse teams than Spurs."

The verdict is in...

Unfortunately for Tottenham, more than 60 per cent of voters believed the club will be in the Championship next season.

As it stands, Igor Tudor's side sit 16th in the table with 29 points, one clear of 18th-placed West Ham United.

However, Tottenham's form makes for alarming viewing and the workplace a hard place to be - just ask talkSPORT's resident Tottenham fan, Jamie O'Hara who was pushed to his limit on his radio show, the Sports Bar.

Horrendous form backs up football fans' verdict

No Premier League team has taken fewer points from their last six games, with Tottenham collecting just one point.

That solitary point came from a 2-2 draw against Manchester City on February 1, whilst their last league win was against Crystal Palace on 28 December.

Their last league win came on 28 December, against Palace, while they have not won at home in the league since the start of December.

Since then the club have actually sacked more managers than they’ve won games in 2026 given the fact they parted ways with Thomas Frank, who they appointed last summer on a three-year contract, and replaced him with Igor Tudor on a deal until the end of the season.

Three managers, including Frank, have come and gone with Ruben Amorim and Enzo Maresca losing their jobs, too in that time.

Arsenal, meanwhile are on course to win the quadruple and have scored 44 goals in all competitions compared to the 18 scored by Spurs since that last league win.

Even Domino's pizza got a dig in, claiming to have delivered 89 million pizzas in the UK since 28 December. Chelsea fan and Sports Bar host Jason Cundy has had particular fun as he wound up co-host O'Hara to the point that he had to step away from the microphone.

It prompted another Blue in talkSPORT host Rory Jennings to suggest his services to broadcasting deserves a knighthood.

The latest demoralising result has ignited calls for Tottenham to move on from Tudor, with O'Hara wanting former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp to make a sensational return.

Although Redknapp would be open to the opportunity, it's not one he expects to happen.

Whether it's Tudor, Redknapp or someone else, keeping Tottenham in the Premier League will be no easy feat.

A tough run home

Three of Tottenham's opponents in their final nine league fixtures are in the top six.

The run home also includes matches against fellow survival hopefuls Nottingham Forest and Leeds United.

Tottenham also take on Wolves, who beat both Aston Villa and Liverpool in the space of a week.

Spurs round out the season on May 24 with a home fixture against Everton, but should results go against them, they could enter the match with their fate already sealed.

Should that transpire, you best believe rival fans will be ready and waiting to take the mick.
