Vikings center Ryan Kelly has announced his retirement from the NFL after 10 seasons, via social media.
> 10 seasons. What an incredible ride it was. I was blessed to be around some of the greatest people this sport has to offer. I always wanted to leave each place better than how I found it and with that I can hang my hat. Forever grateful for my family and brothers! Kelly, 32, suffered three concussions during the 2025 season and only was in uniform for eight games.
Kelly spent nine years with Indianapolis, one with the Vikings. He was set to enter the final year of a two-year deal he signed with the Vikings last March. The Vikings will save approximately $8.34 million on their 2026 salary cap.
He’s a 4-time Pro Bowler.
