Liverpool have booked their place in the quarter-final of the FA Cup thanks to their win over Wolves. The Reds claimed a 3-1 victory at Molineux in their fifth-round tie on Friday night to secure their spot in the last eight.

Andy Robertson opened the scoring for Liverpool in the second half and provided the assist for Mohamed Salah, who doubled the lead for the visitors, with the Egyptian’s effort initially ruled out for offside before being given after a VAR check.

Curtis Jones went on to add a third for Liverpool as the Reds comfortably secured a spot in the next round of the FA Cup.

The win for Liverpool means they will be in the hat for the quarter-final draw of the FA Cup, which takes place on Monday night.
