According to Ian Rapoport, the Texans have re-signed Dalton Schultz to a one-year, $12.6 million contract, keeping him under contract through the 2027 season, making him the seventh-highest-paid tight end. As Rapoport noted, the deal also includes $17.6 million in combined guarantees for the 2026 and 27 seasons. Schultz joins Cade Stover and Brevin Jordan as the three tight ends under contract with Harrison Bryant set to hit free agency.
