Liam Rosenior Backs Idea of Chelsea“All Or Nothing” Style Documentary

Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior has said he would be open to an all-access documentary at Stamford Bridge. He mentioned the popular behind-the-scenes shows made for Manchester City and Arsenal. The eight-part documentary “All or Nothing” on Amazon Prime was the first to follow a Premier League team. It followed Manchester City’s record-breaking 2017-18 title-winning season under Pep Guardiola.

The show gave fans never-before-seen access to dressing room footage and behind-the-scenes moments throughout the season. In the 2021-22 season, Arsenal became the subject of the series. The documentary was narrated by Oscar-winning actor Daniel Kaluuya and is said to have generated about £11 million for the club.

Rosenior said, during his press conference:

“I’ve watched the Man City one, the Arsenal one… I’m not making an advertisement. If it was done in the right way I wouldn’t be against it… The public spends so much money, giving them access at the right time in the right way is a positive thing.”

Both documentaries showed the real drama of elite football, from team talks about strategy to personal problems off the field. The Man City series was praised for showing how passionate and detail-oriented Guardiola was as a manager. Arsenal’s version, on the other hand, told the story of the club’s fight to return to the Champions League.

Chelsea’s Ongoing Performance in the Premier League This Season

Chelseaare currently fifth in the Premier League table, with 48 points from 29 games. They are behind Aston Villa in fourth place only on goal difference. The Blueshave had some great moments under Rosenior, like their most recent game on March 4, when they beat Aston Villa 4-1.

But the West London teamare still struggling for consistency, as draws against Leeds (2-2) and Burnley (1-1) cost them valuable ground. Discipline has been a major problem, with the Blues receiving nine red cards across all competitions this season, seven of which were in the Premier League. Rosenior has talked about the problem in public and promised to fix it quickly.

Chelsea’s next league game is against Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on March 14. Three points could be very important for them to finish in the top four, especially since they have a tough schedule coming up that includes games against Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool.
