5. Kirk Cousins (6-3, 205, year, 15th year, Michigan State) -- Cousins, 37, has thrown for over 44,000 yards in his career. NFL.com lists Cousins as the No. 59 overall free agent (No. 51 ESPN).
6. Tyler Huntley (6-1, 204, 7th year, Utah) -- Huntley, 28, has been with the Browns twice and could easily fit in Monken's offensive scheme as a dual threat quarterback that is familiar with Monken's offense.
