Giants rumors reveal New York's interest in Seahawks, Browns and Broncos free agents

The New York Giants reportedly have their eyes on three different free agents from teams such as the Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos and Cleveland Browns.

According to ESPN's Jordan Raanan, the Giants are interested in adding Kenneth Walker, which is a rumor we've seen floating out there before.

"[Signing Walker] is a move the team has looked into, multiple league sources told ESPN," Ranaan reported.

In addition to Walker, Raanan revealed that the Giants have their eyes on guard Wyatt Teller and defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers.

"The Giants have expressed interest in Teller, formerly of the Cleveland Browns, and other guards, according to a league source," Raanan wrote.

"It's expected the Giants will add another significant interior defensive lineman in free agency. They have some interest in Franklin-Myers, although his contract price in the $20 million range could be steep," Raanan added.

While New York appeared to be set at running back with a trio of Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary, clearly New York is looking for more.

Walker would add an explosive element to New York's offense, and signing him could also lead to New York unloading Tracy or Singletary in a trade.

We would be shocked if New York decided to trade Skattebo in that scenario given all the promise he showed last season, and with the Giants' reported desire to be more physical in the run game, something Skattebo specializes in.

Teller recently announced he would not be returning to the Browns.

Teller has struggled in recent years and has missed eight games in that span due to injury, but if he can return to his 2021-23 Pro Bowl form, he would be an upgrade over Greg Van Roten.

As for Franklin-Myers, he had the two best seasons of his career in Denver, with the veteran tallying 14.5 sacks in that span. What makes Franklin-Myers more attractive is the fact that he offers inside/outside versatility.

While we still don't believe the Giants should be spending their resources on a running back in free agency, coming away with these three players would be a strong showing for Big Blue in free agency.
