Chelsea face Wrexham in the FA Cup fifth round this evening
FA Cup fifth round weekend continues here in North Wales as Chelsea take on Championship high-flyers Wrexham. The Blues have already seen off two sides from English football's second tier this season, thumping Charlton and Hull City in rounds three and four respectively. For that reason, Liam Rosenior's side should be confident of avoiding an upset to become the latest team to seal a place in Monday's quarter-final draw.
It is a first meeting between the two teams in this competition for 44 years when the Blues required two replays to clinch victory in the fourth round, though plenty has changed at the Racecourse Ground since then. Rosenior is expected to rotate for this evening's tie, with one eye on the Champions League last-16 showdown against Paris Saint-Germain.
The hosts, meanwhile, have shown they are capable of toppling a Premier League side having knocked out Nottingham Forest on penalties in round three and their recent form - four wins in their last five - suggests a difficult evening is on the cards for Chelsea.
