Since the fall of 2023, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has had Sarah Jane Ramos by his side. Apparently, that won't be the case when the 2026 season begins in September.
TMZ is reporting that Prescott and Ramos have broken up. This is unexpected news considering they were set to get married next month. In fact, Ramos posted photos from her bachelorette party on Instagram earlier this week.
"We're told the relationship had been rocky behind the scenes for months … but things came to a head with a blowup argument at their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas - and Sarah Jane called it off," TMZ reported. "The reality is, we're told the relationship is beyond repair … so the focus will be on co-parenting their two kids - ages 2 and nearly 10 months - moving forward."
Ramos may have hinted at her breakup when she posted this message on Instagram: "I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much."

To the surprise of absolutely no one, NFL fans had a lot to say about this unfortunate situation.
"Honestly, calling off an engagement a month before the wedding is about as difficult as these situations get for both of them," one fan said in response to the news. "Hoping they both land in a good place."
"NOOOOOOOO," a Cowboys fan wrote. "WISHING NOTHING BUT THE BEST GOING FORWARD FOR THEM."
"That's tough timing," a social media user wrote. "I'm wishing Dak all the best."
"Dak is either throwing 20 picks or winning the Super Bowl," another fan declared.
"Got too close to a ring for his comfort," a Philadelphia Eagles fan commented.
The details of their breakup are unfortunate.
According to TMZ, Prescott's relationship with Ramos is "is beyond repair." Their focus now shifts to co-parenting their two children, MJ Rose and Aurora.
"I'm blessed. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to raise two girls alongside my fiancée. To have a beautiful family, healthy family," Prescott previoiuly said. "For me, it's just about being grateful and not taking a moment for granted when I'm with them. But, I've been through things in my life that I don't necessarily think fatherhood just showed me something new. I understand the love my mom had for me, in a different way now that I have kids. But, I think when you've had some diversity that I've had, you're so thankful. You're so thankful for everything that you're given. Good and the bad. Anything in between that. Fatherhood's no different now and just makes me even more focused on the small moments."
Prescott has not commented on his reported breakup with Ramos, nor is he obligated to.
