Kristaps Porzingis Injury: Warriors drop major status news vs. Thunder

Porzingis (illness) will play after six-game absence.

Kristaps Porzingis is slated to return to the Golden State Warriors lineup.

Golden State Warriors / Schedule

Ahead of the team's Saturday showcase against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Porzingis (illness) has been made available to play.

Porzingis will remove his questionable tag and will finally play for the second time since he was acquired by the Dubs this past trade deadline. He missed six consecutive games as he continued dealing with his illness issues.

As such, he is expected to draw strict minute restrictions with Al Horford, Quinten Post and Draymond Green set to help him manage his workload. According to Steve Kerr, he will play only about 15 to 20 minutes.

With Porzingis back, the Dubs will look to extend their win streak after their highly impressive 115-113 overtime win over the Houston Rockets last Thursday.
