On Friday evening, the Denver Nuggets played the New York Knicks (at home) in Colorado.
The Nuggets lost by a score of 142-103.
While the blowout loss was tough, the much more significant concern was the fact that Jamal Murray left the game with with an injury.
He finished with 12 points, one rebound, three assists and one block while shooting 5/10 from the field and 1/3 from three-point range in 18 minutes of playing time.

During the game, the Nuggets made an announcement (via X).
They wrote: “Injury Update: Jamal Murray is questionable to return to tonight’s game with a Left Ankle Sprain”
Since that post (nearly 24 hours ago), there has been no formal update on the All-Star point guard.
Katy Winge of Altitude TV wrote: “Lots of asks from Nuggets fans – I doubt we get an update on Jamal Murray today unless it’s from a national source.
Unclear if the team will practice tomorrow before heading to OKC. If they do, that will be when we learn more.”

Here’s what fans were saying about the silence:
@CB_25m: “No news is good news. We’d only hear early from a national source if its bad news.”
@Gerontas20: “I mean how hard is it for the team to update the fans?”
@Marcus0220: “It’s a grade 1 I think it’s 2 weeks”
@tnagoya_falilv (translated): “Unless it’s an update on Murray’s injury from big names like Shams or Haynes, it doesn’t look like there’ll be any today.
But if there’s an update from reporters of this level, it’d mean a major injury on the scale of 4-6 weeks or full rest, right.”
@TshawnJohnson45: “We are cooked”
