Behdad Eghbali’s six words to Ryan Reynolds after Chelsea's win over Wrexham

Behdad Eghbali was able to have a quick chat with Ryan Reynolds after Chelsea’s victory against Wrexham in the FA Cup.

Chelsea beat Wrexham 4-2 to progress to the quarter-finals in what proved to be a very tight game.

In the end, though, the Blues were able to get the job done, and that is all that Liam Rosenior will care about given that it was a cup match.

‘Make it up to the Prem’

Eghbali clearly wants to see his football club take on Wrexham again in the Premier League next season.

In a video shared by The Sun, Eghbali can be heard telling Reynolds: “Make it up to the Prem”. It is something that the Welsh club could easily achieve.

Right now, Wrexham are sixth in the Championship table, meaning that they are set to reach the play-offs.

That will be their ultimate goal, while Chelsea’s is qualifying for the Champions League. Rosenior’s men are in a good position after beating Aston Villa during the week.

Joao Pedro scored a hat-trick that night and managed to get his name on the scoresheet once again on Saturday.

Chelsea fortunate to win

Reynolds and Wrexham would love a rematch versus Chelsea next season after coming very close to getting a positive result against them on Saturday.

Funny how it’s an issue when it’s Chelsea 🤔

All things considered, the Club World Cup winners were quite fortunate to make it to the next round of the FA Cup. Wrexham went 2-1 up in the 78th minute and finished the encounter with 19 shots.

Chelsea managed to register just two more and created two big chances, while Wrexham recorded one. It was a very close game, but Chelsea’s quality just shone through towards the end and they were able to take advantage of Wrexham’s red card. For once, it was not them that finished the 90 minutes with 10 men!

They can expect another tough match when they take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League next week.
