Man United defender Harry Maguire is prioritising staying at Old Trafford over a move to West Ham, according to reports.
TEAMtalk claim that both the Hammers and Everton are hoping to sign the England international on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.

However, Maguire is still looking to put pen to paper on a new deal with the Red Devils before exploring other avenues.
It is believed that the 32-year-old will be forced into taking a substantial pay cut on his reported £190,000 a week salary in order to remain in Manchester.
Maguire is said to be open to such a proposal, which would see his wage reduced to around £100,000 a week.
West Ham have been rejected by the defender before
The Hammers reportedly had a £30m bid accepted for Maguire during the 2023 summer transfer window, but the player refused to move. Buy a West Ham shirt from Umbro here.
He had just been stripped of the captaincy by manager Erik ten Hag, having dropped down the pecking order. Yet, he decided to stay with Man United and subsequently won his place back in the starting eleven.
Current interim manager Michael Carrick is also thought to be keen on retaining Maguire’s services.
Maguire is likely seen as an alternative to Disasi
It was confirmed by The Athletic earlier this week that Chelsea refused to include an option to buy in Axel Disasi’s loan move to the London Stadium.
The Blues are hoping to sell the Frenchman to the highest bidder at the end of the campaign. For that reason, there is no guarantee that the centre-back will stay, so West Ham will need to put contingency plans in place, with Maguire seemingly one of the options under consideration.
