Report: Eagles Could Be Next To Make Blockbuster NFL Trade

The Las Vegas Raiders got the NFL offseason started in a major way earlier this month, when they traded All-Pro pass rusher Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for two first round NFL Draft picks.

"I put everything into trying to win as a Raider…. It's been a damn journey," said after the trade. "It felt perfect."

"Ever since I've been here, I've had one goal and one mission, and that's to become the best version of myself and help bring a championship back to the Raider organization," he continued. "I feel like I left everything I had on the table for this team. I've given my heart and soul, and I feel like … I let you all down, man."

While the Crosby trade was the first massive one of the NFL offseason, there could be others to come.

According to a report, the Eagles have received calls about All-Pro defensive lineman Jalen Carter.

"With defensive tackle Jordan Davis now extended, Philly also must weigh whether to extend Jalen Carter, who is eligible for a new deal. I'm told Philly has received trade calls on Carter," ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported.

At the NFL Scouting Combine, the Eagles made it clear that they would pick up the phone for anyone.

"During the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Eagles G.M. Howie Roseman told PFT Live that he'll pick up the phone whenever another team calls to talk about trading for one of his players," Mike Florio shared.

"The phone reportedly has been ringing about one of them."

Time will tell if the Eagles choose to make a big move, but for now, they appear to at least be listening.
