The [Philadelphia 76ers](https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba/philadelphia-76ers) will be without the services of star guard Tyrese Maxey for the next couple of games, at least.
Per the team, Maxey suffered a sprain of his right fifth finger (pinky) against the [Atlanta Hawks](https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba/atlanta-hawks) on Saturday night. He will miss the team's next two games as a result of the injury and he's expected to undergo further testing before a treatment plan or return timetable is established.
