Puka Nacua is spending his offseason as an absolute MMA fanboy. After a big year for the Los Angeles Rams, the wide receiver was recently seen ringside at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
He’s coming off his most productive season yet, leading the NFL with 129 receptions, totaling 1,715 yards, and 10 touchdowns. His performance was a primary reason the Rams finished 12-5.
Now, instead of studying film or attending practices, he’s making the best use of the NFL offseason for entertainment. But fans caught him doing wild antics in the background.

Vegas native Puka Nacua went viral for his intense ringside cheering during the Holloway vs. Oliveira fight at UFC 326. It was a homecoming for the receiver, who grew up playing youth football with Dana White’s son.

He was slapping himself, shouting with absolute madness, while the broadcast camera caught him red-handed. At that moment, he was behind Holloway’s corner.

Fans couldn’t ignore the irony of the optics and they flooded reactions on social media.

Another fanadded, “Cocaine is one hell of a drug,” wrote one user,

However, the truth is that none of the drug-use reactions were odd assumptions of fans given Nacua’s actions. Oliveira, however, dominated Holloway from start to finish, winning by unanimous decision. The victory brings Oliveira’s record to 37-11, while Holloway falls to 27-9.
And Tom Brady and Joe Burrow were also in the crowd, though both were much quieter than Nacua. While the veteran quarterbacks just watched the fights, Nacua turned his night into a viral moment.
