James Conner Contract
Former Pitt Panther and Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner received a reworked contract to remain with the Arizona Cardinals. He blew out his ankle last season, which threatened to end his career at 30 years old. But he refuses to go out on anybody’s terms but his own, echoing his previous perseverance.
The Cardinals and two-time Pro Bowl RB James Conner have agreed to a revised contract to keep him in Arizona for 2026, sources say.

Pittsburgh’s Draft Facelift
The largest event in Pittsburgh’s history is coming in under 50 days, and city officials are ramping up their preparation. Seeking to shine a positive light on the city, they are giving it a facelift, per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
“Black-and-gold flowers will hang from baskets Downtown, debris lining highways and riverfront trails will be removed, sidewalk cracks will be patched, and vacant storefronts will be filled,” P-G’s Madeline Rubin wrote.
This is a great opportunity for local businesses to take advantage of grants to cover opening costs to fill vacant properties. The influx of people and media attention will also provide a big boon to the local economy.
Herbig And Wilson Training
Nick Herbig’s annual HerbieGives youth event in Kaua’i, HI was yesterday, and it looks like he got a good training session in there. Pictured with Herbig is Roman Wilson, who is likely helping at his event. Another Hawaii native, the pairing makes sense, likely getting in some lifts together before this charity event.
