The Cavs most recently lost to the Boston Celtics (also at home) by a score of 109-98.
Jarrett Allen did not play in the game.

Before Monday’s showdown, the Cavs have announced that they will remain without Allen.
Danny Cunningham of Locked On Cavs wrote: “Neither Donovan Mitchell nor Evan Mobley are on the injury report for the #Cavs today. They’ll play against the Sixers.
Dean Wade (ankle) is probable. Jarrett Allen (knee), Max Strus (foot) and Tyrese Proctor (quad) are all out.”

Allen is in the middle of another strong season for the Cavs.
The 2022 NBA All-Star is averaging 15.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 63.6% from the field in 51 games.

Despite Sunday’s loss, Donovan Mitchell and James Harden combined to post 49 points and 15 assists.
The star duo has the potential to take the Cavs on a deep run in the 2026 NBA playoffs.

Following the 76ers, the Cavs will play their next game on Wednesday night when they visit the Orlando Magic in Florida.
Last season, they lost to the Indiana Pacers in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.
