Seahawks lose safety Coby Bryant to Bears, reports say

The Seahawks have lost another free agent as safety Coby Bryant is signing with the Chicago Bears, as reported by several outlets.

Bryant becomes the second of Seattle’s unrestricted free agents to agree to terms with another team on Monday, following running back Kenneth Walker III. Both were part of Seattle’s 2022 draft class.

Bryant will reportedly receive a three-year deal worth up to $40 million from the Bears, according to multiple reports.

Bryant just completed his fourth season with the Seahawks as one of two primary starting safeties working alongside Julian Love.
