Real Madrid have reportedly joined Arsenal in the race to sign Sandro Tonali.
The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a potential summer exit from Newcastle United in recent weeks, with Arsenal among the clubs keen on a deal.
However, the Gunners are expected to face stiff competition to secure the Italian’s signature.
The Sun reports that Real Madrid and Manchester City are also interested in signing Tonali this summer.
It is understood that Real Madrid scouts were in attendance to watch Tonali during Newcastle’s 3–1 FA Cup defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.
