The Canadian reached the milestone with a three-pointer in the third quarter to reach 22 points on 10-of-13 shooting.
Gilgeous-Alexander, a native of Hamilton, Ont., scored 4,057 points over the first 125 games of his streak, an average of 32.5 per game.
Chamberlain set the record in 1963 and scored a total of 6,193 points (49.2 per game) to go along with 3,230 rebounds across his 126-game streak.
The reigning NBA MVP has averaged 31.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 6.4 assists this season, leading the Thunder to an NBA-best 50-15 record.
