The Lakers superstar is reportedly not interested to join Curry and the Dubs.
LeBron James is reportedly not considering a potential team-up with Stephen Curry in the Bay Area.
According to Ashish Mathur of Lakers Daily, James is not interested in joining the Golden State Warriors should he leave the Los Angeles Lakers following this season.
As it was previously revealed that Curry expects a major star addition within the Dubs next offseason, James is often being identified as one of the Warriors' primary targets.
The 41-year-old superstar is facing an uncertain future in Los Angeles as he is holding an expiring $52.6 million player option this season. James is poised to become a free agent, but the Lakers are set to commit themselves to building around Luka Doncic and signing Austin Reaves to a max contract.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are the most prominent destination being considered by many should LeBron finally exit LA, joining forces with Donovan Mitchell and James Harden and reuniting with his hometown franchise before finally calling it quits.
James appeared in 44 games so far this season, averaging 21.4 points, 7.0 assists and 5.6 rebounds. He has missed the last two games and is now questionable for Tuesday's Minnesota Timberwolves matchup due to hip and foot injuries.
He and the Lakers are currently occupying the 5th spot of the West with a 39-25 record.
