According to Ian Rapoport, the Carolina Panthers are set to sign Devin Lloyd to a three-year, $45 million contract with $25 million guaranteed. His $15 million annual salary makes him the fourth-highest-paid off-ball linebacker in the NFL. Lloyd may wear the green dot with Carolina and is expected to be an every-down defender after playing most, but not all, snaps with Jacksonville.
