Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea will square off in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round-of-16 tie on Wednesday (March 11th). The game will be played at the Parc des Princes.
The home side will be looking to bounce back from the 3-1 defeat they suffered at the same venue against Monaco in Ligue 1 over the weekend. They went into the break behind to Maghnes Akliouche's 27th-minute strike. Aleksandr Golovin and Folarin Balogun scored either side of Bradley Barcola's 71st-minute strike to secure the visitors' win.
Chelsea, meanwhile, needed extratime to eliminate Wrexham in a 4-2 away win in the FA Cup fifth round. They had to twice come from behind, with Sam Smith breaking the deadlock in the 18th minute, while Arthur Okonkwo's 40th-minute own goal drew the game level. Callum Doyle restored Wrexham's lead in the 78th minute but Josh Acheampong equalized four minutes later to force extratime. Alejandro Garnacho and Joao Pedro scored in extratime to help their side advance.
The Blues will now turn their focus to Europe and booked their spot automatically in this round thanks to their sixth-placed finish in the League phase. PSG eliminated Monaco with a 5-4 aggregate win in the playoffs to get here.
The winner of this tie will face either Galatasaray or Liverpool in the quarterfinal.

Paris Saint-Germain vs Chelsea Prediction
PSG have not had the most ideal of title defenses this term, having been emphatic en-route to winning a maiden UCL crown last term. Things are not too great domestically for Luis Enrique's men either, as they hold just a one-point advantage at the summit of Ligue 1 and suffered a shock elimination at home to city rivals Paris FC in the Coupe de France.
Chelsea, for their part, have continued to struggle for consistency under Liam Rosenior. The Stamford Bridge outfit might also be more fatigued than their hosts, having been taken all the way to extra time after playing one day later than PSG.
