Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has addressed speculation surrounding his future after recent reports linked him with a possible move to Arsenal. The Georgian winger joined Paris Saint Germain in January 2025 after completing a high profile transfer from Napoli. As per the reports, several clubs across Europe including sides connected with the football world and the Premier League have monitored his situation, but the winger remains focused on PSG.
Arsenal links continue but transfer looks unlikely
Despite his comments, speculation linking the winger with Arsenal has continued to appear in recent weeks. The North London club are expected to strengthen their attacking options when the next transfer window opens. Arsenal have relied heavily on their current wide players during the campaign. Because of that, adding another creative winger could become a priority for the recruitment team.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia naturally fits the type of profile many clubs admire. His dribbling ability, quick movement and confidence in one against one situations make him one of the most entertaining wide players in Europe. However, completing a deal would be extremely complicated.
Paris Saint Germain invested heavily to sign him from Napoli and see him as a long term part of their plans. The player has also shown no sign that he is thinking about leaving only months after joining the club. For Arsenal, that reality means they may need to look at other options as they prepare their summer strategy.
