Packers set to lose at least 9 key players in free agency, trades this week

The Green Bay Packers are losing a lot of familiar faces this week.

Between free agency and trades, there are at least nine key cogs who played for the Packers in 2025 and won't in 2026, [according to Zach Kruse of Packers Wire](https://Packers set to lose at least 9 key players in free agency, trades this week).

The list Kruse put together:

Rashan Gary

Elgton Jenkins

Quay Walker

Malik Willis

Nate Hobbs

Kingsley Enagbare

Romeo Doubs

Rasheed Walker

Colby Wooden

Gary was traded away to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday.

The Packers released Jenkins on Monday, sending him toward a free agent signing elsewhere.

Walker signed to play linebacker for the Raiders.

Willis signed with the Dolphins to be their new starting QB.

Hobbs is set to be released and will then sign elsewhere, too.

Enagbare is signing with the Jets.

Doubs doesn't have a deal in free agency yet but should soon.

Walker is a free agent expected to go elsewhere.

And Wooden was recently traded to the Colts for Zaire Franklin.

Every team has movement every offseason. But some of these names are pretty significant losses.

The Packers will have to do what they can to fill in some of these gaps and ensure their team can compete for a playoff spot again in 2026.
